Through years of learning and personal growth, I’ve trained in various therapeutic approaches, incorporating elements of EMDR, somatic and sensorimotor therapies.. Each of these modalities brought me closer to understanding the powerful impact that trauma, anxiety, and depression have on the mind and body.
But what truly transformed my life—and my practice—was recognizing that healing isn’t about just one approach or one answer. It's about listening deeply to what each person needs and finding a unique combination of therapies that will help them feel whole again.
